Floors + sealers
Garage and interior slabs, prepped, poured and sealed
Interior, exterior and garage slabs prepared, poured and sealed, with waterproof, chemical-resistant garage finishes.
A floor starts below the surface
Concrete floors, inside the house or outside it, get their flatness and their lifespan from preparation. Albert Cruz Jr Concrete handles the whole sequence for interior and exterior surfaces: preparation, pouring and sealing, done by insured and bonded technicians.
The crew works under Albert's CSLB license #601184, a C-8 Concrete Contractor license issued in 1990. Working out of San Marcos, that covers interior floors, exterior slabs and garage floors across North County San Diego.

Garage floors built to take a spill
A garage floor takes oil, antifreeze, cleaners and whatever else leaks off a car or tips off a shelf. The garage finishes here are waterproof and chemical-resistant, so the sealed surface keeps liquids from soaking into the concrete.
That is why the sealing step matters as much as the pour. Bare concrete is porous, so a stain that sits on it has somewhere to go. A sealed slab gives you a surface you can wipe down instead.
Sealers you can have around pets and plants
The sealers are non-toxic and eco-friendly, described by the company as safe for pets and landscape. That counts when a slab sits against a lawn or a planting bed.
Care afterward is short: keep the slab clean, fill small cracks before they grow and reseal every few years. That is the maintenance a well-poured floor needs.
Working around a house people still live in
The aim on floor work is minimal disruption. Customers describe a crew that shows up and tidies up: Scott wrote that the work was done in a timely manner and that they cleaned up after themselves, and Cheryl Badger wrote that they were always on time.

Slabs poured against block walls and stucco
Floors rarely stand alone. The slab meets a retaining wall, a stucco house or a garage door, and the edges are where the preparation shows. If the floor is part of a bigger plan, look at how foundations and new construction start from the soil, or at the stamped and decorative finishes used on patios. When you are ready, send Albert the details.
